2. Description of Service

WEBii provides AI-powered customer relationship management, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and related business automation tools for small and medium businesses.

3. Google User Data

Our Service uses Google APIs to access calendar and contact information solely to provide appointment scheduling functionality. We access, use, and store Google user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google's Limited Use Requirements.

Specifically:

We only request the minimum scopes necessary (Google Calendar read/write).
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide the Service.
We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes.
Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Account permissions page.

4. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

No illegal activities.
No infringement of rights of others.
No malware, spam, or harmful code.
No unauthorized access attempts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WEBii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
